The primary responsibility of a Control4 Regional Trainer is to educate our Dealers and Distributors on Control4 Products. Control4 has an immediate need for a Sr. Software Engineer for their California office. This position will play a major role in the design and creation of next generation user interfaces for TV interfaces, touch screens, web and PC based applications used in “smart homes”.

The ideal candidate will possess strong software architecture and design skills and will create code that meets design specifications, follows standards, and is easy to maintain. The candidate will create unit tests and conduct peer reviews of code for technical accuracy, standards, and functional compliance to the design. They will also work with the PQA team to ensure that the product is fully tested.

Minimum Requirements:
• BS or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of ASP.net, SQL Server, C#, Java, JavaScript, or related development experience.

This development process will work directly with the application source code.

Control4 is looking for Warehouse Operators to pack, ship and receive products and prepare items for storage, distribution and shipment. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and work well with all levels in the organization; able to lift 50lbs and work overtime when needed. Prior warehouse experience a plus.

Control 4 seeks an experienced Department Manager to oversee processing customer returned products and manage daily activities for incoming quality control. Provide analysis and feedback on defective product returns and return trends for relevant departments, divisions, and major dealers. Ensure departments meet or exceed quarterly goals. This position reports directly to the Quality Manager. Control4’s new and innovative approach to home automation uses wired and wireless technology to create affordable solutions that are the easiest to use and the easiest to install.

• Evaluate and make recommendations on return activities.
• Coordinate parts ordering and forecasting and make decisions on replacements.

• Maintain, modify, and upgrade current RMA process.
