Control4 Announces Four-Way Partnership To Enhance The Ginn Resorts Guest Experience

Custom In-room Automation Systems to be Installed at Nine Ginn Resorts’ Properties

Orlando, FLORIDA —July 30, 2007— Control4, the leader in affordable whole-home automation, announced today its four-way partnership with Ginn Resorts, Circuit City and Connexion Technologies. This exclusive agreement includes the installation of Control4’s automation hardware, software, and custom programming for Ginn Resorts. Circuit City will handle the onsite installations. Connexion Technologies, which designed and installed Ginn Resorts’ Fiber to the Home (FTTH) infrastructures, will manage the delivery of all telecommunications services.

With delivery planned at nine of Ginns Resorts’ properties, Control4’s user-friendly system, backed by the professional installation of Circuit City and facilitated by Connexion Technologies’ fiber-optic infrastructure, will make it easy for guests to schedule amenities, enjoy entertainment systems and locate favorite channels.

For example, guests can request a tennis time through the system. The Pro Shop sees the request and calls the guest, scheduling the court time at the guest’s convenience.”
